Solder Dross recycle powder DR98 is designed by combined formulated anti -oxidized, recycle product, its reliability and feature reducing the melting solder oxidation rate, effectively to combine with the melting solder dross, through chemical decomposition to recycle the oxidized solder rapidly back to melting solder liquid and can recycle majority of the solder dross up to 90% recyle rate, the rest of the oxidized material floating on the surface as the carbonate material that can be eliminated easily.

This recycle powder is completely not contained any metal ion materials, at the recycle process will not bring in any metal element, not to affect the metal percentage of the original metal alloy solution, therefore this recycle powder after the solder dross recycle process the metal content will be maintained the same as the original metal alloy composition percentage. This product does not contain any ROHS probited use elements.

APPLICATION This solder dross recycle powder is suitable for wave soldering or hand soldering at the normal working condition and temperature (Lead furnance : 230 C -240 C, Lead Free furnance : 255 C - 265C ). Only to use appropriate tool spreading the DR98 onto the surface of the solder dross in the furnance, to perform a moderate stirring to ensure effective contact and distribution of the powder, this enable the powder to decomposit and recycle the majority of the solder ion. As the soldering solution surface leaving minor carbonate material, we can clear them off easily.

SOLDER DROSS RECYCLE PROCESS

Step 1 : Solder dross generated in the furnace.

Step 2 : Add the solder dross recycle powder at the ratio 50 gram for every 1 kilogram of dross at furnace temperature 260 - 270C. Solder dross generated in the furnace.

Step 3 : Stir the solder dross recycle powder to mix with the dross in the furnace evenly.

Step 4 : Stir and press the dross to & at the side of the furnace, the solder dross is recycled to solder ash.

Step 5 : Collect the recycled solder ash for reproduction; dross recycle rate is min. 80% .
